These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zarox website, digital services, and related online community features (collectively, the “Services”), operated by the Zarox platform (“Zarox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

5. Payment Terms

Certain Services or digital access packages may be offered for a fee. All fees are quoted and charged in the currency and through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (which may include providers such as PayPal or Stripe). Your use of those services is subject to the processor’s terms and privacy policy.

All sales of digital goods and services are final. Because digital content and access are delivered electronically and consumed instantaneously or shortly after purchase, refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us in writing at the time of purchase. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us through the channels below may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed on your transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Zarox does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zarox, its operator, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Zarox for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where limitation is prohibited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any disputes subject to litigation, except that Zarox may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on zarox.to and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means where appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
